If you’re dissatisfied with your item it must be returned within 30 days of the order date in the same condition it arrived. We reserve the right to refuse a refund / exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.
Items that are not returned are not eligible for refunds.
Shipping charges for items that have already shipped cannot be refunded.
When contacting us about returns or exchanges, please include your name and order number so we can locate your order information.
Refunds will be processed in the form of the original payment.
Please download and complete the linked RETURN FORM and enclose it with your returned item to ensure the prompt and efficient processing of your return. Please send in your return to the address listed on the return form.
We will gladly accept returns of merchandise purchased November 1st through December 25th until January 3rd or 30 days after the order date, whichever comes later.
If you are returning a gift and are not the original purchaser, please be sure to indicate any changes to the delivery address.
Please note if no replacement item or gift card is requested, the return credit will be applied to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
For Domestic exchanges under $50, please include $5 for return shipping (cash, check or money order), made payable to Rockhart Clothing. For international exchanges and exchanges over $50, please contact CustomerService@RockhartClothing.com. If you are returning an item for a refund, please do not send $5 for return shipping.
